Matcha sponge, filled with house-made tsubu-an (Japanese sweet Azuki bean paste), matcha frosting. Handmade with matcha from Kyoto, organic fair trade cane sugar, organic Azuki beans.

Pumpkin spice muffin, fruity plum filling, a crunch of walnuts, vegan “cream cheese” frosting. Handmade with organic regional pumpkin & plums, organic vegan cream cheese & a house-made blend of organic spices.
